Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
All products sold by Seido Trading — including the Seido Indicator and Price Action Mastery course — are digital products delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once delivery has occurred.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Does not do what we said it would
- Is significantly different from its description
- Is not of acceptable quality
If a major failure occurs, you may choose a refund, replacement, or other remedy as applicable. If the failure is minor, we will remedy it by repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
3. How to Request a Remedy
To request a refund or remedy, please contact us via the contact page at seidotrading.com/pages/contact with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number or confirmation email
- A description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days of receiving your request. We aim to resolve all remedy requests within 10 business days, subject to the nature and complexity of the issue. Where resolution requires further investigation, we will keep you informed of progress.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital products. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, contact us via the contact page at seidotrading.com/pages/contact — we're happy to help.
5. TradingView Access
Upon purchase of the Seido Indicator, access will be granted to the TradingView username provided at checkout within 24 hours. Please ensure your username is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
Delivery failure resulting from an incorrect username provided by the customer does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, we will work with you to resolve access issues where possible — please contact us via the contact page if you have not received access within 24 hours.
If you have received access but cannot see the indicator, please ensure you have unchecked the regular candlestick display under General Settings > Symbol (Bodies, Borders, and Wicks all need to be unchecked).
If your TradingView username changes after purchase, it is your responsibility to notify us so that access can be updated. We are not liable for loss of access resulting from an unreported username change.
We are not liable for any interruption, modification, or termination of access to the Seido Indicator caused by decisions, technical changes, or policy changes made by TradingView. In the event of a platform-side disruption outside our control, we will use reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative remedy. Where no viable alternative exists, we will notify affected customers and address any applicable obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
Username changes are limited to one per licence. If your TradingView username changes, contact us via the contact page and we will action the update at our discretion. Requests beyond one change per licence may be declined. This limit exists to prevent misuse of the licence and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Where a refund is approved, the time taken for funds to appear in your account is subject to Shopify Payments processing times and your financial institution. Seido Trading is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks once a refund has been initiated on our end.
7. Duration of Access
A one-time purchase grants access to the relevant product for as long as Seido Trading continues to offer and maintain that product. In the event that a product is permanently discontinued, affected customers will be notified with reasonable advance notice and any applicable ACL obligations will be observed. This policy does not guarantee any specific feature set, platform, or future updates beyond what is described at the time of purchase.
8. Assignment and Business Transfer
In the event that Seido Trading is sold, transferred, or restructured as a going concern, existing customers' access entitlements and remedy rights under this policy will be preserved and honoured by the successor entity on the same terms. The successor entity assumes responsibility for fulfilment of all ongoing obligations to existing customers, subject to customers continuing to comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
9. Force Majeure
Seido Trading is not liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under this policy where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party platform outages, changes to platform APIs or access systems, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government action. In such circumstances, we will notify affected customers and make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative remedy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
