Terms and Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of seidotrading.com and any products or services offered by Seido Trading ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Services
Seido Trading offers the following digital products:
- Seido Indicator — a TradingView paintbar indicator delivered via TradingView access invite
- Price Action Mastery — an online trading education course
All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes or fees may vary depending on your jurisdiction and are your responsibility.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Seido Indicator. Upon purchase, we will use the TradingView username provided at checkout to grant you access to the indicator on TradingView. Please allow up to 24 hours for access to be provisioned. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate TradingView username. We are not liable for delivery failure resulting from an incorrect username.
Price Action Mastery. Course access will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Access details will be sent once your enrolment is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure — meaning it does not do what we said it would, is significantly different from what was described, or is not of acceptable quality. In such cases, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Minor failures will be remedied by repair or replacement.
To request a remedy, please contact us at the address below with your order details and a description of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property and Indicator Licence
All content on seidotrading.com — including but not limited to the Seido Indicator code, educational course materials, written content, videos, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Seido Trading and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Licence Grant. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use that product solely for your own private trading and analysis. This licence does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
Duration of Access. A one-time purchase grants access to the relevant product for as long as Seido Trading continues to offer and maintain that product. References to "lifetime access" refer solely to the operational life of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser or of Seido Trading as a business entity.
Seido Trading reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any product at its discretion. In the event of permanent discontinuation of a product, affected customers will be notified with reasonable advance notice. No further obligations will be owed beyond those required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Modification of Products. Seido Trading reserves the right to modify, update, or improve any product at any time, including changes to features, logic, methodology, or platform delivery. Such modifications do not constitute a breach of these Terms, provided the product continues to fulfil its core described purpose. Where a modification constitutes a major change, we will provide reasonable notice to affected customers.
Prohibited Uses. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Seido Trading:
- Live streaming, screen recording, or broadcasting any content in which the Seido Indicator is visible, whether on a free or paid basis
- Use of the indicator in any video, podcast, or media content that generates advertising revenue, tips, donations, sponsorships, or audience growth
- Use of the indicator in paid coaching, mentorship, signal services, or any advisory capacity
- Sharing, sublicensing, reselling, or redistributing access to the indicator in any form
- Use of the indicator on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party
- Reverse engineering, copying, reproducing, or attempting to replicate the methodology, logic, or structure of the Seido Indicator or any related materials
- Developing or contributing to any competing product, tool, or service that is substantially derived from or modelled on Seido Trading's intellectual property
- Requesting more than one TradingView username change per licence. Each licence is tied to a single TradingView username. Seido Trading will action a maximum of one username change per licence at its sole discretion. Further requests may be declined without refund.
Non-Disparagement. You agree not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Seido Trading, its products, methodology, staff, or brand — whether publicly, on social media, in reviews, or in any other medium. This clause does not restrict your right to provide honest, factual feedback or to make legitimate complaints through appropriate channels.
Breach and Revocation. Breach of these licence terms constitutes grounds for immediate revocation of your TradingView access without refund, and may expose you to claims under Australian and applicable international intellectual property law.
To request a commercial or content creation licence, contact us at the address below.
7. Assignment and Business Transfer
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of Seido Trading.
Seido Trading may assign, transfer, or novate these Terms — in whole or in part — to any successor entity in the event of a business sale, acquisition, merger, restructure, or change of ownership, without requiring your individual consent. In such circumstances, your rights under these Terms will be preserved and honoured by the successor entity on the same terms.
Where a business transfer occurs, Seido Trading will use reasonable efforts to notify existing customers of the change. Your continued use of the product following notification of such a transfer constitutes acceptance of the successor entity's assumption of these Terms.
8. Continuity of Access Following Business Transfer
In the event that Seido Trading is sold, transferred, or restructured as a going concern, all existing customers who have made a valid one-time purchase will retain their access entitlements under the terms applicable at the time of their purchase, subject to the successor entity's ongoing ability to maintain the relevant product and platform.
The successor entity assumes responsibility for fulfilment of ongoing access obligations to existing customers. This commitment is conditional upon customers continuing to comply with these Terms, including all licence restrictions.
If following a business transfer the successor entity determines it is unable to continue offering a product, affected customers will be notified with reasonable advance notice, and any obligations under the Australian Consumer Law will be observed.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Force Majeure
The Seido Indicator is delivered via TradingView, a third-party platform operated independently of Seido Trading. While we will make reasonable efforts to maintain your access, we are not liable for any interruption, modification, or termination of access caused by decisions, technical changes, or policy changes made by TradingView or any other third-party platform.
In the event that TradingView or another delivery platform ceases to support the mechanism by which the Seido Indicator is delivered, Seido Trading will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative delivery method within a reasonable timeframe. Where no viable alternative exists, affected customers will be notified, and any applicable obligations under the Australian Consumer Law will be observed.
Seido Trading is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party platform outages, changes to platform APIs or access systems, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government action, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, we will notify affected customers and make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative remedy.
10. Affiliate Program
Seido Trading operates an affiliate program under which approved partners may earn commissions by referring customers. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to a separate affiliate agreement executed between Seido Trading and the affiliate. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, approve or reject affiliate applications, and terminate affiliate relationships at our discretion.
